Remarks:
- In collision with Atlantic King (IMO: ) in Kiel Canal near pilot station Schülp at Rendsburg, Germany, while en route to Rotterdam, The Netherlands (06/11/'09). Ilka suffered damage to PS bow and proceeded to Brunsbüttel. Atlantic King suffered only minor damage and continued voyage from Antwerp to Casablanca.
- Grounded while approaching Husum, Germany, due to ice conditions (29/02/'12). No damage reported.
- Grounded twice on River Tay off Perth, United Kingdom. First grounding was approx. 2 cables east of a submarine cable (13/11/'05) and Ilka could free herself under own power during next tide. Second grounding occurred when vessel continued on her way to Perth, which was over a submarine pipeline (14/11/'15). Crew was evacuated from vessel, but returned after inspections of vessel and pipeline. Ilka was freed with tug assistance and suffered damage to bottom and rudder.
