Ahh, I see. Something I just wondered about Robbie and their size is deceptive from this angle. I remember one calling into Milford Haven when they were building the LNG site but I never got to see it in action !

These ships have a little forklift that moves the supports around the deck. It's not that interesting seeing them in action the ballasting process is long and slow.

Great photo's Dave. I'm always interested when one of these vessels pulls into harbour. They are just a fascinating piece of engineering - wouldn't mind seeing one in action though. (not in my lifetime I'm sure). What was she picking up? Those yellow supports on deck, how are they moved around the deck? Regards
