However.......that being said, it's good to see what the Warri River actually looks like, (a brown soup), and the local traffic. What is the razor-wire in the foreground? Is it on a vessel or the shoreline? Is it some kind of military compound?

It doesn't have a name, it's not a ship, it's a poor quality photo, there seems little point in posting it here...Sorry.
