Judging from her looks this seems to be a newbuilding by Maritime Partners of Aalesund, Norway. (Concordia's last stop before Hamburg was Aalesund.)
Alusafe 1150 LDB (Light Diving Boat) unfortunately doesn't appear on MP's website though.
I suppose this one's going via Hamburg on another container ship down to South America to finally meet her mothership there, Asso Ventisette.
As she's carrying her "mother's" name and IMO number I take her to be some kind of tender for Asso Ventisette. Or is she more of a workboat?
