Description:
Svartlöga is built at The Swedish Karlskrona Military Shipyard, as a minesweeper, in 1964. It had been operating, as part of the Swedish navy: Coastguard, minesweeping and rescue.
After the cold war, in the middle of the 90’s, Svartlöga and her six sisters, built after the same drawings and for this purpose, was sold out for private use.
In 2005 the ship was sold to Denmark. It was rebuilt into a two masts sailing ship for worldwide sailing and adventure. Engine: 380 Hp Volvo. MMSI 219015233
Ship sank on 25 August 2018 off the Dutch coast, eleven people were rescued. The vessel arrived end 2018 / early 2019 at Den Helder with both masts broken. Three pieces are lashed on deck.
