I checked several pictures of both HAULEY IV and V and still unable to identify which one is on this picture. Both were built in the sixties, the HAULEY VI being a recent addition and the only one with the name on the stern.

Well thanks for the interest in my Mystery Vessel. Should I put a name to it or wait for something definite?

The HAULEY VI has a square stern. Must be the HAULEY VI or V. The ferries are named TOM AVIS and TOM CASEY.

Looks like a more recent upgrading from HAULEY IV/V.
