An Imperial Iranian Navy hovercraft base on the bank of the Shatt al-Arab River near Abadan, on 7th April 1971.
The hovercraft fleet was all British-built & consisted of SR.N6s (the smaller ones in this photo) & BH.7 Wellingtons (the larger one)
