Japanese Maritime Self Defence Force's oceanographic survey ship “Wakasa” (わかさ) at Yokosuka on 22nd March 2019 (details below).
Builder: Hitachi Zosen, Maizuru

The decommissioned vessel could be submarine rescue tender CHIYODA.
Pennant number was 405.
2018 decommissioned.
