Em777 this ship is this ship http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=1419812 just adopted for arctic and equipped with nuclear plant, no concern to finnish design office, as done by Baltsudoproekt (Leningrad)

She looks like she came from the same design office as the Sa-15 type cargo ships. Perhaps Tuomos can shed some light on that? Same sort of era too....
