Description:
Croton Industries tug (the ex Vane Brothers Charles Hughes) with a crane barge on the Elizabeth River near the NOAA and US Army Corps of Engineers sites. I *think* the crane is the ex US Navy YD 204. Taken from the tour boat Victory Rover.
