Found it on Google Earth, been at the same place since the 05/02/2015 layer which is coherent with Equasis. The resolution of the multiple pictures is not good enough to see when the damage occurred.

Seemed not in a good shape in the November 2015 picture, maybe already hulked at the time and involved in an accident at this mooring. It has not moved since. Also the IMO number has not been painted out in the front, those are openings.
It was clearly involved in an accident, maybe sank and was raised. The IMO number seems to have been painted out under the bridge but remains on the side.
