This out of date information is causing a lot of confusion , especially the vessel identification.
Members loading photos can help by adding info known and photos with name and port shown (stern shots)

Unfortunately, Robert, that information field is out of date (used to be proviuded by grosstonnage.com which closed down a few years ago) - we are not the only site showing IMO 5120702 as "Decommissioned or Lost" - see MarineTraffic also. What we can say is that at least up to July 2019 she was still in service - AIS signal from Sfax, Tunisia. Equasis seems to have proper joined up data.

On the page tho her status is: dead. Does that mean she's scrapped or still in existance?

She is the former tug Evertsen/Frederik hendrik, stationed in Flushing for a long time, later sold to Spain

Hi David, the MOHAMED SALLEM 3 was quoted as a fishing vessel by marinetraffic when she was in Malta. And yes looking closely at the photo it is as you said the gantry is on the vessel berthed alongside inboard.But I am going by your comment and changing it to HERGLA 3.

Are you sure, Emmanuel?
I think that white stern gantry is on the fishing vessel berthed inboard, with an IMO something like 8783012 over the wheelhouse.

Also, I think the name is still HERGLA 3 (3 هرقلة), as still on the hull, AIS, Equasis etc. Still owned by Tuna Farms of Tunisia, part of the Sallem Group:
