No Bjorn this was the ex ocean going tug Arctic :-
Build : 1970 by F. Schichau Unterweser AG – Bremerhaven, Germany, nr 1746 as Arctic.

Yes, I agree. I like these tug/yachts. At least they look as though they can take you places whereas so many new shiny yachts just look as though they are meant only to stay tied up at a marina.
