Hi All the ship is the sistership to the Ocean Atlantic. Solid ships - both of them. Personally I prefer the OE, as the communal spaces a bit bigger and better thought out. Has been operated by Quark Expeditions but next year switching to Chimu https://www.chimuadventures.com/en-au/antarctica and their sister company Intrepid!

Sister ships built by the same shipyard Stocnia Szczecinska im A Warskiego, Szczecin, Poland in different years and probably modified during their careers. Ocean Atlantic ex KONSTANTIN CHERNENKO. Other sister original names MIKHAIL SUSLOV, MIKHAIL SHOLOKHOV, GEORG OTS, LEV TOLSTOY, DMITRIY SHOSTAKOVICH. Regards. Baldizza.
