The United States Government's 1943 Pascagoula built "C3-P P&C" type training/troop ship EMPIRE STATE IV is seen passing Hoek van Holland, inbound for Rotterdam, on 19th June 1970.

Ordered as AMERICAN BANKER, launched as BILOXI, delivered as HENRY GIBBINS

Later: 1974 BAY STATE, scrapped at Kearny in 1982
