Thanks for the good explanation, that's all right so far. The government said she will be finished in in summer 2020

She went to Elsflether yard in 11/2015 for a €9.6mn refit/repair job and within a year that had risen to €64.5mn. The latest amount accepted by the Government is €136.0mn. Meanwhile official incompetence, corrupt payments to officials and the on-loaning of navy receipts by Elsflether into managers' private ventures in gold-mining and film production etc; some heads have rolled at Elsflether. Then the drydock-owner Bredo tried to hold the ship to ransom to secure further payments of over €5mn (the claim will instead go to court). So far €70mn of taxpayers' money has been paid out.
