There has, to my knowledge, never been any minimum size for Rescue Vessels category. Questions on this should only be raised on the Forum.

Well, as you should know, the operator DLRG saves a lot of lives every year and is active at many coastal stations along the German coast. So I think although this is a very small rescue vessel she is an active lifeboat and should therefore be included here.
