N.V. Nederlandsche Tank-en Paketvaart Mij (Nedlloyd Group)'s 1953 Rotterdam built CONGOKUST is seen passing Hoek van Holland outbound from Rotterdam on 7th July 1970 during a voyage from Hamburg, Antwerp and Rotterdam to Luanda.

Later: 1971 CONGO (Transmare Soc. di Nav., Genoa)
During a voyage from Ivory Coast to Marseille she suffered a fire at Palermo on 6th December 1975, was towed out of port, beached and broken up locally by January 1977.
