A really sad situation for the shipyard is going on. This is the result of politician agreements with venezuela that´s end in the worst form.

Yes, abandoned. The order was cancelled. originally building for Venezuela state oil Co PDVSA. Venezuela ran out of money and the yard could not sell on.

The only progress I see since your 2016 picture is mostly more rust and vegetation. Is is abandoned?
