Could this be the same Ineos that only six months ago Ineos was arguing with the Government for a special exemption from water and air quality regulations at a chemical plant at Middlesbrough, after 174 breaches, or they would close the plant next year. The tax exile boss prefers to spend money on buying sports teams.
