It's the MÜGGENBURG on the right, build in 1959 as WS 29, she was part of a series of 10 simmilar boats for the Hamburg harbour police, decommissiond in 1977 (much earlier than the other boats, most of which were decommissioned in the 90s an early 2000s), sold to privat interest. She was laid up in Harburg for many years, than probably sold to someone who tried to restore her, wihch made some progress, but sadly she took on water in 2015, on her first trip after years. The captain managed do get her alongside the Landungsbrücken, saved all person on board before she sank. The damage was done by the Landungsbrücken at low tide, she most probaly got stuck between the ground and the ponton.
