1952: to Indonesian Navy, renamed “Adri I” (Miramar) (however, www.navypedia.org lists current vessels named “Adri +Roman numerals” as being operated by the Indonesian Army, not Navy)
1968: “Dahlia” (Miramar)

From where did you get the data? I found a lot of detail of LST-365 on www.navsource.org but unfortunately it doesn't give any history after 1947

In the Singapore's newspaper 'The Strait Times', dated October 5th 1968, I find a ship called DALIAH.

Click 'The Strait Times', then October 5th, and page 19 , article 'Ships in port', Eastern Roads.
DALIAH (1942 / 1625 gt / IMO6113586) was launched as LST-365. That could match.
