Abu Dhabi Mar was also planning to convert her sistership ABU DHABI (ex-Hr.Ms. Abraham Crijnssen F816), working title SWIFT 135, but that project appears to have stalled. Haven't seen anything of it in years.

Thanks! She was launched in 1981 as a dutch frigate and rebuild in 2011 at Abu Dhabi Mar Ship Yards.

It surprised me that she was built in 1981, a very futuristic design for 38 years ago, or she had a massive rebuilt/conversion.
