Description:

Royal Rotterdam Lloyd's 1949 Wilton-Fijenoord, Schiedam, built BLITAR is seen passing Hoek van Holland on 4th June 1970 outbound from Rotterdam during a voyage from Hamburg to Macassar.

In 1969 she was transferred, along with sistership LANGKOEAS, to the Indonesian owner PT Perusahaan Pelayaran Samudera Trikora Lloyd, flying the Liberian flag until 1973.

BLITAR was laid up at Jakarta on 15.11.82 and finally arrived at Kaohsiung on 24.4.84 for breaking.
