For the survivors sake if they ever get to use them, I hope that this plastic is not of the degradable type, though enviromentalists may think otherwise. Seriously ,joking apart, hope that these livesaving items are never needed.

Plastic container made of two parts, sealing, attached in a way that they can be released quickly, inspection label - they look like liferafts to me.

RCS = Radar Cross Section, low RCS mouning is a mounting which has a low radar reflection and contributes to the low radar signiture of the ship.
