Description:

Built as Filomena Lembo in 2003, this picture shows her in 2019 fitted with, what I think is the crudest version of a scrubber that I have seen sofar. Perhaps a paint job could help, otherwise it looks really weird.

An example of a really well-done scrubber installation - http://www.shipspotting.com/photos/middle/1/2/3/2538321.jpg I mean, can you spot a scrubber there? :D

Scary seeing that mighty ugly scrubber standing on those 4-5 thin struts... Of course, the funnel also holds it, but still!

Pieter you could have posted a funnel shot or a lifeboat shot thus encompassing this ugly odd scrubber. For a great scrubber job look up the one fitted on EUROCARGO VENEZIA Imo.9465552 photo posted by me taken on 26-8-19.
best regards Pieter

Here is a photo where you can see the scrubber closer:

Looks terrible indeed.

Thanks Emmanuel, unfortunately we are also not allowed to post a detailed shot of the rear part of the ship only, so drawing some attention through a comment seemed to be only option.

Pieter , if you did not comment on this photo, I don't think any one would have noticed, yes you put in a description, but you have to open up the photo to read the description, so I think it is valid to point out certain features. I always look up the comments corner to get certain info.As to the scrubber is this a professional job? At least they should have deemed to paint it up.
Great pic Pieter.

OK. I am not suppose to comment on my own shots, but in this case, the reason why I posted it is not so obviously visible. Go to full screen and and then original size, and look at the contraption behind the funnel....
