Built at Gothenburg in 1943 for A/B Svenska Amerika Mexiko Linien, the TIDAHOLM is here seen under the Greek flag passing Hoek van Holland, inbound for Rotterdam late on 6th June 1970 during a voyage from Tsingtao to Umea in northern Sweden where she arrived on 23rd June.

She had been purchased in 1966 by the Paris based P.G.Troianos with a charter back to Swedish America Line which must have ended before she was renamed SIAM RUBY in 1972 for one year, presumably for another charter.

Laid up at Piraeus on 16th May 1975, TIDAHOLM finally arrived at Gadani Beach on 7th January 1978 for breaking.
