Hehe, I too when I saw it was in dilemma of should I try taking a photo of such frivolous vessel or ignore - decided to ignore cause only the dragon heads & rigging were visible above the pier & it wasn't possible to get close.
But seriously, you're on your way to take a pic of a certain ship you saw on Marinetraffic before it gets too dark - you ride along the tall fence, soon the fence ends, harbours are visible again, nothing special, you turn your head to the left & suddenly see 3 creepy dragon heads above the pier.............

The correct name would be "Zmey Gorynych" or "Zmei Gorynych" (Змей Горыныч / Serpent Gorynych (or Dragon Gorynych), a dragon-like character from Russian folktales - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zmei_(Russian))
