Description:
Port Line's 1946 Harland and Wolff, Belfast, built PORT HOBART, which had been launched on 5th December 1945 as EMPIRE WESSEX, is seen passing Hoek van Holland inbound for Rotterdam on 9th June 1970 during a voyage from Tees to Colombo when employed on Brocklebank services.
After a short period operating on Brocklebank services, PORT HOBART finally arrived at Shanghai on 17th September 1970 for breaking.
