This is the Mutsuyo Maru (owned by Seiwa Kaiun K.K. with port of registry Karatsu in Saga Prefecture but reportedly under Mongolian flag), 695 gross tons, built by Kawanaka Zosen in 1997. IMO 9175884. Formerly Mutsuyo Maru, Angelos, World Spirit, according to balticshipping.com website accessed Dec. 19 2019.
