Checking the book 'Svensk Illustrerad Skeppslista 1990', I find a ship which hull can match with the mystery ship : SALOMO SALAR (1909/227gt), launched as ARGO.
In LR 1996-1997 is a tanker ARGO (1909 / IMO5023332).
I cannot find some conversion report or pictures to confirm or not.
