Description:
Hull Gates Shipping Ltd (S.F.Craggs)'s 1969 Hessle built, ill fated, coastal tanker HULLGATE is seen outbound from the Esso terminal in the River Ely, opposite Penarth Dock towards Cardiff.
She was launched on 24th September 1969 and delivered in January 1970.
HULLGATE suffered an explosion and fire at Milford Haven on 23.12.81 with the loss of one life and finally arrived at Neath on 6th February 1982 for breaking
