I agree with you.
According to fleetmon, MING ZHOU 25 arrived at Tianjin 26.09.2019

The characters are also very similar. I think the real name of this vessel is MING ZHOU 25.

Apart from enlarged funnel, it looks very like MING ZHOU 25 ex-MARITIME LAPIS (IMO 8921420), which is indeed an Oshima vessel

Looks like an "OS 42BC"-type (Oshima SB). Only the funnel looks a bit different
