Hello rarcand , As I noted before, living in Toulon, I confirm your message

According to the the Georges Leygues class frigates french page on Wikipedia (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classe_Georges_Leygues), there are 3 disarmed ships of this class near or in Toulon. They are the D641 Dupleix, D642 Montcalm and D643 Jean de Vienne. While D641 is now a breakwater at Saint-Mandrier, D642 and D643 are listed in Toulon. Some light differences on the funnels let me guess that the ship in front could be D643 while D642 is the one on the background.

On the left on the picture is the EX JEAN DE VIENNE and Right The EX MONTCALM

Must be two units of GEORGES LEYGUES class.
Perhaps D641 DUPLEIX and D642 MONTCALM.
