Uldolmok Turtle ship, or 울돌목거북배, is a failed business venture which is now berthed at Usuyeong passenger terminal in Haenam near Mokpo.
I have few details of her official data, so I will just copy what I found in a news article: she was built in 2008, at the cost of approximately 4 mil. US$; a vessel of 368 gt, she could carry 173 passengers and even had a 3D theater on board. Her feasibility study predicted sales of one million dollars, a quarter of this figure being profit, from carrying 146 thousand passengers per year.
Instead, she bombed worse than the latest Terminator movie, carrying a TOTAL of 2590 passengers in the last 5 years of her operation, and amassing the debt of more than 3 million US$.
She is just too expensive to run, so they will keep her berthed at Usuyeong harbor as a "static exhibit" reminding tourists of Admiral Yi's armored turtle ships.
She does not look that she's in a bad shape, and it would be sad to see her at some local scrapyard (but I'd make sure to document her demise!).
