Description:

Two Victory ships arrived here in October, 2006. The forward vessel is the Barnard Victory,which had arrived sometime in September, 2006.

The Occidental Victory has arrived at the Port but I haven't been able to get a picture yet.

I think I can help you out on this one. Marine Metals got the Sioux Falls Victory and the Hannibal Victory. Based on Marad's pictures at http://www.pmars.imsg.com/picbox.asp?ship=4585, Sioux Falls Victory has a Square Rust Patch on her rear left quarter, that patch is visable on the forward (right) ship. So the front (right) one is Sioux Falls Victory, and the rear (left) one is Hannibal Victory.
