I believe this is a tug formerly operated under the US flag with the name SAMISH, and official number 578032, originally built during WWII as a YTL-type for the US Navy. I'd last seen her at Port Angeles, Washington in April, 2015 under the name S-HUSKY, and had believed she'd been sold overseas soon after.
