Another research/survey vessel (note the A-frame). Between 1994 and 2008 owned by the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institution, based at Panama, as URRACA.
153gt 92nt, 29.4 x 6.8 x 2.5m
built 1986 W. A. Souter & Son (Cowes) Ltd, Cowes, England.
Subsequently sold to the Sea Research Society (Dr E L Spence), for exploration/treasure recovery/salvage work and still with them in 2018 when Spence's photographer wife died following an on-board accideantal trip. So likely now sold on, and renamed.
I believe this to be the former MORNING WATCH (IMO 8512164), still listed in the name of Morning Watch Research Ltd of Isle of Man and Guernsey (both companies were wound up in 1994, the year that the Smithsonian acquired their URRACA) - but I haven't found the "smoking gun" for the connection yet.
