Ocean Steamship Company (Blue Funnel Line)'s 1947 Dundee built ANCHISES is seen passing Portishead, inbound for Avonmouth exactly fifty years ago, on 6th December 1969. She had sailed from Bangkok on 24th September bound for London, Avonmouth and Liverpool via Colombo (sailed 30th October).
Later: 1973: ALCINOUS
She finally arrived at Kaohsiung on 5th September 1975 for breaking.
