Both the state registration and the fish & game number connect to a vessel named CLEO. According to Alaska state records, she was built by a member of the Wahl family c.1968. A US Coast Guard documentation number of 1100507 as a recreational vessel suggests she came to the US from Canada around the year 2000.

Seems to have suffered some kind of fire, maybe engine, judging by the state of the end of the superstructure.
