Details sought of the builder, and for whom the vessel operated; presumably a State department. In addition, any likely location of operations.
Suspected to be on the Eastern Seaboard of the USA.
N.B. the vessel seems to be carrying out a hydrographic survey. The hull seems to be low draft, yet the inboard engines seem to quite powerful.

Taken circa 1966 from the Danish freighter 'Kirsten Skou', and, it is suspected to be on the Eastern Seaboard, or possibly Gulf of Mexico/Mississippi.
