Thanks to Chris, I now know this is the Private Frederick C Murphy (ex-Maritime Victory). Aft of the Murphy is the remainder of the USNS San Diego. This photo also gives a good view of the clearing being performed at the Esco Marine yard in preparation for the scrapping of the USS Des Moines.
