As an Rural Fire Service volunteer, I've just returned from the second "Thank You" cruise - had an absolute ball! There were about 4000 volunteers onboard - they only used the Balcony cabins - which was fabulous!
Captain was Norwegian - charming, with a great sense of humour.

Wikipedia states "Due to the ongoing 2019–20 coronavirus outbreak affecting China, Spectrum of the Seas was redeployed from Shanghai to Sydney on 14 February 2020. This has resulted in the cancellation of dozens of cruises scheduled on Spectrum of the Seas from Shanghai in February and March 2020. The ship will operate a series of complimentary cruises for first responders of the 2019–20 Australian bushfire season departing from Sydney. [13]. The ship will remain temporarily homeported in Sydney until a further decision on coronavirus related cancellations are made."

She spent three days in Athol Bay

Thank you Tony, Paul, Hannes, Brett

Clyde, Great photograph. One of many cruise ships being diverted from Asia to Australia. Berthing will be at capacity.
