N S S R = Norsk Selskab til Skibbrudnes Redning = Norwegian Society for Sea Rescue. Onboard SAR-vessel Olav Ringdal, probably March 3rd, 1969 = 51 years ago, in Bodø, Northern Norway. Scan from my B/W-paper picture. N S S R is established in 1891, and is still in function with modern SAR boats.
