Built bySir W.G. Armstrong, mitchell & co., Low Walker (yard no. 560) for Deutsch-Amerikanische Petroleum-Gesellschaft, Geestemunde. 2987 Grt/4400 DWT. 1906 registered at Hamburg. March 1914 so0ld to Continental Petroleum SA, Antwerpen, and renamed Brabant. Later that year sold to The Texas Co., Port Arthur (USA) 1925sold to Chas. Bernson, also of Port Arthur. 1930 scrapped st Mobile (Alabama) Source:G.U. Detlefsen, Deutsche Reedereien, Band 6, Bad Segeberg 1997, page 46.
