MS "Stad Enkhuizen" owned by "Rederij van der Lee" worked in the Zuidermeer. Built in 1931 she was used until 1956 on the line Amsterdam-Kampen-Zwolle. Then the steammaschine was replaced by a Dieselmotor. It was then used for touristic traffic from Medemblik (where this picture was taken) to Enkhuizen. Since 2002 the MS “Friesland" replaced the MS Stad Enkhuiizen.
