The 2002 Ulsan built tanker UGO DE CARLINI, owned by Rizzo Bottiglieri De Carlini of Torre del Greco, Italy, is seen departing from Lavéra oil terminal, Port de Bouc, near Fos-Marseille late on 22nd February 2005.
