- Grounded in dense fog on Scheldt River west of Woensdrecht, Holland (13/02/'08). Vessel was refloated the same evening.
- In collision with Baltiyskiy-109 (IMO: 7612515) 10 nm northwest of Skagen, Denmark, while en route from Heslinki, Finland, to Antwerp, Belgium (02/02/'11). No injuries and no oil spill reported. MSC Eyra suffered few scratches. Baltiskiy-109, while en route from Frederikshavn, Denmark to Bilbao, Spain, suffered damage above the waterline and was ordered to anchor in Ålbæk Bay.
- Lost one container and one crew member was injured during severe weather conditions in North Sea off Dutch Coast near Terschelling, while en route from Antwerp, Belgium, to Copenhagen, Denmark (29/10/'17). Injured crew member was medevacked by helicopter.
