Length over all 81.5 m; breadth 12.6 m; sail area 2,115 sqm;
built 1909 by Blohm & Voss, Hamburg, as PRINZESS EITEL FRIEDRICH for Deutscher Schulschiff-Verein in Oldenburg; after First World War taken over by France and renamed COLBERT, later purchased by Poland and commissioned 1930 as sail training ship DAR POMORZA; since 1983 museum ship in Gdynia / Poland;
the photo shows the ship after the Windjammer Parade during Olympic Games 1972 in Kiel; scanned from color slide.
