The 1953 Kiel built tanker AFRICAN LADY, owned by Transmarina S.N.C. (Gaetano & Giao Serra of Savona, Italy), is seen in the River Elbe approaching the Kiel Canal locks at Brunsbüttel on 25th June 1971.

She was broken up at Gandia in Spain, arriving there on 22nd December 1976 for that purpose
